Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our products. We can ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not to ship to Hawaii and Alaska or any Island. Most of our products are being shipped out from California or New York. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will provide you tracking number information. When you receive your order, please check for any damages or issues. If there is any damage or cracking, please leave a note on the receipt sheet and report any issues to our company. You have 36 hours to report any damages. If that time is over, the time frame for reporting damages will be closed. Please be aware about this issue when you receive the items.

 

For Large Orders

With no minimum quantity on orders per product, you are able to customize one container load that best fits your needs. A selection of Vanities, Faucets, Bathtubs, Bathroom Accessories and Shower Sets to complete a minimum of a 20′ Container. Our mixed container policy, gives our customers the opportunity to purchase a large selection of products directly from our distribution warehouses or manufacturing plant, with a lower investment.

 

Estimated delivery times

In-stock products typically ship within five (3-5) business days (Monday – Friday) and arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

 

Order Cancelation

If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, delivery or pick-up, payment will be refunded in full. Payment for cancellations will be made to the original purchaser and credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Cancellations received after shipping, delivery or pick-up are treated as a returns – see Return & Refund Policy for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although it is unfortunate, items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. Damage claims cannot be filed after 48 hours, so please inspect and report within this window. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund. We will replace damaged items, parts, or pay to have them fixed. Follow these steps to file a damage claim:

  • Email several pictures of the damaged merchandise to cs@onfloatingvanity.com
  • Please include close-ups and wide shots of the damage and photograph the box and shipping label, as well.
  • In your message, please note your order number and contact information. A prepaid UPS label will be prepared and emailed to you upon approval.
  • We will work to send your a replacement product. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund.

After you have filed a claim with our team, we will strive to respond within a single business day. From time to time it may take a little longer. We may ask for additional media, such as, but not limited to, a video or additional photos to help us make a damage claim with our manufacturer/shipping partner. After approval, we will help to arrange the pickup products for replacement or refund.
